I suggest you this great risotto with mushrooms which I hace cooked today:)

You may also add some truffle oil as I did!

Cooking together on Sunday

Hello!

Do you know why Sunday is a very special day for me? Not only because it means I've got more free time:) I love cooking, as you remember and on Sunday, when I can stay at home and do my things I... cook!!!

Today's menu for my family was:

Pistachio cake with raspberries

Beef baked in coffee

Risotto with Tete de Moine and pear

Everyone was glad, me too of course. Looking forward to next weekend to develop my culinary skills more!
