Cooking together on Sunday

Hello!

Do you know why Sunday is a very special day for me? Not only because it means I've got more free time:) I love cooking, as you remember and on Sunday, when I can stay at home and do my things I... cook!!!

Today's menu for my family was:

Pistachio cake with raspberries

Beef baked in coffee

Risotto with Tete de Moine and pear

Everyone was glad, me too of course. Looking forward to next weekend to develop my culinary skills more!

That's why I cooked a special family meal for my dearest&nearest:)

This is a special cinnamon and flour cake baked only this day

A bit of my favourite Italian cousine! Farfalle with prawns cream

And ricotta appetizer with nuts and basilic.

Hello to my dear readers!
Today I'm finally absolutely free.So, isn't it a reason to cook something special?Oh yeah, it is indeed. I've just prepared three great dishes.
The first was pumpkin-orange and wallnut cake with white chocolate topping

I feel so proud of it...

And... guess:) Pasta, of course!My family loves pasta!

Cooking is one of my hobbies. Maybe I could even become a good chef, who knows?:)
