Bake a pizza with me!

Hello!Today I decided to bake something tasty. It was pizza...No doubt, everyone loves pizza!!!The filling for my pizza was sausages with tomato pasta Dolmio (which I recommend to you if you like tasty pizza fillings)

For one pizza you need:
500 g flour
300 ml water
25 g yeast
salt
sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
+
300 g sausages (the ones I used are Munich sausages)
500 ml Dolmio classic tomato pasta
300 g cheese ( such as Parmigiano)
2 tbsp olive oil

Add the salt, sugar, oil and the yeast into the flour. Then add water and mix everything with your hands.
Leave the pastry for about 1 hour in a warm place and put a tea-towel onto it.
Fry the sausages with the olive oil, after 2-3 minutes add Dolmio pasta. You don't need pepper or salt, because Dolmio contains them. Grate the cheese
When the pastry is ready, form it as a pizza.Put, firstly, a 2/3 of the grated cheese, then the sausage filling and then the left part of the cheese.Sprinkle the pizza with the olive oil.
Put your pizza into the oven for about 30 minutes (200 degrees C)

Good appetite!!!

Baked potato and cheese

Hello my dear readers!Today I cooked a really delicious kind of dish.Well, firstly, I wanted just to fry potatos, but then I decided to prepare something more interesting.

What I used?
It's not a kind of recipe where you need to follow strict proportions...Use your imagination and your own taste, but still, there are some things I'd like to tell you:
Take 5-6 potatos
100 g medium soft cheese (any one you like)
100 g parmigiano regiano
50 g butter
500 ml milk
3 tbsp flour
aromatical herbs

Firstly, boil the potatoes. Then prepare beshamel sauce in the following way: add butter, then parmigiano regiano, flour and milk. Mix it until the sauce boils.
Then cut the potatos and put them on the bottom of your baking dish, then put the cheese (medium soft) cut into cubes onto the potatos.
Put the beshamel sauce onto the cheese and send the dish into the oven (250 degrees) for approximately 15 minutes.
If you'd like to, you may use some aromatical herbs. The ones I used are called "Italian herbs".
Good appetite!

Authentic Tiramisu recipe

Hello!A sweet post today! How to cook a really tasty tiramisu?
Let's go!

For 8 servings you'll need:
Sugar 120 g + 2 tbsp for the coffee
6 medium eggs
Mascarpone cheese 500 g
Cocoa powder to taste
Coffee as needed for soaking the Ladyfingers
Chocolate flakes to taste
Ladyfingers 400 g

First, prepare enough coffee to soak the ladyfingers, pour into a bowl, sweeten to taste and let it cool. Beat the egg yolks with half of the sugar until you have a pale and fluffy mixture. Then beat the mascarpone cheese (not for too long) with an electric beater (or with a wooden spoon) to get a lump-free mixture and beat in the resulting egg and sugar mixture.

Now beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff, add the remaining sugar and, with a wooden spoon, fold them little by little into the mascarpone and yolk mixture, now you have the custard for your tiramisu.

Line up the ladyfingers in a casserole dish and soak them with the coffee, they should be soaked yet not soggy. Coat the soaked ladyfingers with a layer of custard, levelling with a rubber spatula.
Sprinkle the unsweetened cocoa powder all over. Then lay the second layer of ladyfingers: if you've lined them up vertically in the first one, remember to go horizontally in the second one, and vice versa. Top with the remaining custard levelling with the spatula. At this point, generously sprinkle your tiramisu with cocoa powder and add a handful of chocolate flakes. Place your dessert in the fridge to set for a few hours and... enjoy!

Pasta&planets weekend

Hello! It's finally Sunday, though I'm on holidays now,I was waiting for this day because...My cousin and I decided to go Moscow Planetarium. We were there about two months ago but it was so interesting...
By the way, today I cooked a delicious kind of pasta with tomatoes, cheese and aromatic herbs...

Here it is!Isn't it nice looking?
And then our Planetarium adventure started...

Here are my brother (left) and my cousin (right) just entering the Planetarium. We three usually go out together,it seems like we are a cool company!

We arrived there in the evening, but it wasn't too dark so...I hope it's possible to see something on the photos:)This place is on the roof of one of the halls. It's just like balcony
We also saw a wonderful film Shawn with a special projector. So, you feel like you're watching the night sky full of stars...To tell the truth the sky in Moscow region is never clear and it's not possible to see any stars.Very sad indeed, when I was younger I dreamed to watch the stars but I was never able to.
The film lasted about an hour, not more. Then we got into on of the Moon halls and view some exciting experiments there. They all were connected to science, and each one was something new...I lovespending time with Georgios (my brother) and Maxim (my cousin)

By the way, when we were just finishing our exursion my dad phoned me and told there was a terrible rain outside and we had to stay inside...But still,we got out, though it was already dark and really raining,we ran quickly to our car and....drove home.
A bit tired, but not exhausted, just happily tired with pleasant reflections. What can I say.I'll be looking forward to having such nice going out again:)
And some photos and a new look

I'm wearing:
Clark's shoes
T by Alexander Wang crepe shorts
Mango t-shirt
Piccard leather tote bag
Swarovski earrings

Bye bye!!Kisses!
